Hi there, our names are Ryan and Andrew! We are cousins who both grew up in the small town of Corner Brook, Newfoundland. While we both lived and worked away in various locations across Canada, like most we returned to our home base and are now enjoying life here in St. John’s, Newfoundland. We appreciate brainstorming with like-minded entrepreneurs who are passionate about real estate rental opportunities, just like us. We also love to showcase our beautiful province to visitors from all around the world! Which is why we love what we do.

Currently, we are helping homeowners from across the province manage their rental properties and welcome guests from around the world into their 2nd, 3rd, 4th... etc. homes through Home Base NL. Not only are we property managers, but we own and manage our own rental properties in Newfoundland. Being owners and previous tenants ourselves, we know first hand the importance of successful management in the local rental market to avoid headaches and provide a satisfying environment for owners and tenants alike.

Home Base NL is a locally owned and operated property management company that started in Newfoundland in 2023. Our goal is to partner with passionate property owners and give them an edge over other competing rental properties in the Newfoundland market through targeted marketing strategies and hands on property management.

We are a people first business - In the property management industry we know that there is no way for our business to succeed without the owners and tenants of the properties we manage being completely satisfied. We hold ourselves accountable for the results we deliver and strive to exceed expectations through effective communication, transparency, and reliability. That is why we refer to people we work with as partners versus customers because we want to collaborate together and provide services people can trust so that everyone wins.
